Sydney based tech start up Fix It Faster delivers an on demand app connecting users to nearby, available service providers. We worked with them during their launch to bring the usability and functionality of their app to life. We focused first on simplifying the apps complex functionality, into an easy to digest story and secondly on defining an illustration style that could graphically represent connectivity and convenience. This process was so effective we’ve come to forge a vital role in the development of the Fix It Faster app.
